What is the earliest I can check in?

Check in time is 2 p.m

What is the latest I can Check-Out?

Check out time is 10 am, however later check outs can be organized in some instances for a fee.

Can I arrive late?

If arriving after 8 p.m you can call the office on 03 5461 1101 to organize a late check in.

Do you have on site parking?

We have onsite parking for one vehicle per room. If travelling with more than one car, or a trailer, please let us know
at time of booking.

Are your rooms Non Smoking?

All of our rooms are non smoking, however we have provisions outside of the rooms for those that do smoke.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, but we are located directly opposite the Maryborough Golf Club, which does Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week..

Do you have Room Service?

We can provide a Continental breakfast, which is delivered to you the night before. We can also have meals delivered
from the Golf Club as well.

Are your Motel rooms serviced daily?

No they are serviced on request. Every room has a Please Service my Room sign if required.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes we have FREE Wi-Fi across the whole park.

Do you have a pool?

Yes we have a solar heated pool that is open seasonally

Do you have an outdoor entertaining area?

Yes we have a Camp Kitchen and free undercover BBQ area.

Do the rooms have cooking facilities?

The Motels all have Kettle/Toaster and a Microwave. The cabins also have cooktop ovens.

How close are you to the shops?

We are a short 2 min drive away from the main street of town, where there is a Woolworths, Aldi, Coles, IGA as well
as a McDonalds, KFC and Subway, along with a variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Are pets allowed?

Yes we are pet friendly, however we only have a few rooms where pets are allowed inside. Please inquire when
booking.

What is your cancellation Policy?

If cancelling within 7 days of date of booking, there is no refund on deposit paid. If cancelling outside of 7 days,
deposit is refundable less a $50 cancellation fee.

How do I guarantee my booking?

We require first nights accommodation when booking online, or a $50 deposit when booking over the phone. If you
don’t own a credit card we require a $150 cash bond.

Can you provide cots?

Yes we do have a Porta Cot available, which is free for guests that require one.

Can I have friends over?

Yes, as long as they have departed quietly by 10 p.m.

Do you do local area tours?

We can organize tours of the local area through the Visitors Information Centre. We can also provide winery tours. Minimum numbers apply.
